   Our support features include; Our customer FAQ Section, 24x7 E-Mail Support, and Telephone Support.

   We strive every day to make our services as easy to use as possible. Most problems we see are usually quite simple to fix, and the answers are normally found in our FAQ section. If you don't find the answer in the FAQ, we ask that you ask the question there to help other customers who may be having the same issue.

    Support FAQ's are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The FAQ's contain most every question asked of us in the course of business over the last several years. If you cannot find an answer to your question in the FAQ, use the "Ask a Question" feature and perhaps you'll help another user who may be having the same issue.

On-Site Support

On-site Support Services are by appointment only, and are restricted to the Chester County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

Remote Desktop Support

Remote Desktop Support allows Brandywine IT Services, at your request, to connect directly to your computer across the Internet in order to make virus/worm removal, software configuration and installations, or peripheral hardware installations and repairs.

RDS requires installation of proprietary high-security software ($50.00/license) and hardware and/or software firewall pre-configuration changes on the customers end. Normally we can direct the customer over the phone in making these changes, but may require an onsite visit to accomplish.

   Customer E-Mail Support is available 24x7 and our normal response time is less than 3 hours. If you do not hear from us in that time, please call out Customer Support line at 1-484-639-2399 for immediate assistance.

Telephone Support:

   Our Customer Support line is available between the hours of 8AM and 5PM (US-Eastern Standard Time [GMT -5]), Monday through Friday. On a limited basis, Saturday and Sunday support is available with a slightly longer response time (usually within 3 hours).

Monday through Friday : 

8AM-5PM EST (GMT-5)

Saturday  and Sunday :
