The customer always maintains complete control of the connection, and can end the session at any time.
Remote Desktop Support is accomplished by downloading and installing a small java application from our website at the time of connection. Our engineer will give you a session number, which you will input to the session start window. By doing so, we can directly control your computer as if we were sitting in front of it, and you can see exactly what we are doing the whole time.
Once the service is completed, you can end the session and the application will automatically be removed from your system. At this point Brandywine IT Services will no longer be able to access your machine until you request a new Remote Support session.

- Over the phone, our Support Engineer will issue you an Session Access Number.
- Click the link below and you will be asked to run a Java application; Answer YES and a notice will appear; Clcik OK and a Session Access Number entry window will appear.
- Input the number given you by our Engineer; and click the OK button.
- The Remote Support Session will begin automatically from this point forward.
- If you wish to end the session at any time, click the RED block in the upper right-hand corner of your computer screen and the session will end and the Java program will be deleted from your computer.
