How do we maintain our website over time?

Success, for you and Brandywine, depends entirely on timely and effective communication. In order to effectively manage your website, Brandywine and your internal personnel must communicate on a regular basis to insure we understand your needs.
Personnel within your company should be assigned and familiar with you website goals and objectives, familiar with current website design, and able to communicate effectively with our developers in order to insure correct website content alignment, correct information presentation and style methods, and timely update of information. Your internal personnel should also review the current content periodically, and contact us when changes are required.
Depending on the package that best fits your needs, these editing interactions may be done at any periodicity you desire; but should be done at least Monthly to insure the content is current. Brandywine IT Services also maintains site statistics for your website free of charge.
