Managed Dedicated Server Hosting
Managed Dedicated Server hosting allows you and your business or group to possess the required Internet accessible hardware without the expense of having in-house personnel to managed the equipment and applications. Our Managed Dedicated Servers Can be configured to your specifications and each service agreement contains a tailored support component to suit your needs.
All packages include our standard server hosting fees, plus an annual support contract agreement. Support Contract Agreements can be tailored to your companies needs or can be requested on an as-needed basis.

* Remote Desktop Support requires the customer to allow Java-scripts to run on their computer. One hour minimum payment required before service is rendered.
** Inspection fee included in repair cost; charged separately only when no repair is authorized.
*** Brandywine IT Services will install legally licensed software ONLY. All repairs are covered under our 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. Brandywine IT Services recommends you regularly backup your critical data at least once a month, and we assume no responsibility or liability for lost data due to servicing your equipment.
Software Issues
- Computer Repair & Installation can diagnose and fix most software issues for our standard charge ($50/hr). Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts.
- For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase the appropriate licensed software.
